Family planning consults include a full medical history, the monitoring of vital signs and weight, as well as screening for mental/physical health issues. HIV rapid tests done on request at each visit. Family planning options: 2 or 3 month injection and oral contraceptive (the pill).

For your 1st visit please book a 30-minute session, thereafter follow-ups are 20-minutes.

We offer a wide range of blood tests, including pregnancy tests, cholesterol checks, vitamin level assessments, INR, and full blood counts. Vitamin B and Bco injections help boost energy, support the nervous system, reduce stress and fatigue, and improve overall well-being. They're especially beneficial during periods of physical or mental exhaustion. Depending on your needs, injections can be given weekly or monthly.

This is a 2-day Birth Preparation Workshop for couples to prepare for labour and parenting.

Its a fun, comprehensive workshop which covers the following topics: the stages of labour, coping techniques, partner support tips, birth interventions (including c/sections), breastfeeding and a practical session on care of the newborn (nappies, bathing, burping, sleep etc.)

Colostrum expressing/harvesting involves expressing and storing small amounts of nutrient-rich early breast milk (colostrum) from 38 weeks of pregnancy. It helps you to feel confident and prepared for your breastfeeding journey. This visit includes education on breastfeeding basics.

Diphtheria, Pertussis and Tetanus vaccine. Administered during pregnancy as part of the state vaccine program.

We offer a gentle, thorough first assessment for newborns to ensure a healthy start to life. During this visit, we will check your baby’s weight, growth, vital signs, reflexes, and overall development.

We’ll also support you with feeding guidance, answer your questions, and provide expert advice on sleep, safety, and early milestones. This is best done before 2 weeks of age.

Vitamin A supports vision, boosts immune system and overall growth and development. Deworming improves nutritional status, supports growth and development, boosts immune system, enhances cognitive function and reduces the risk of anemia.

Measles, Mumps & Rubella -Priorix (injection)

This vaccine is typically given from 1 year of age with a booster at 6 years of age.

Can be given at any age if you have never been vaccinated against MMR, particularly women of childbearing age.

Meningococcal Meningitis (A, C, W & Y strains) vaccination (Menactra) which is typically administered from the age of 9 months. If done before 2 years of age, 2 doses are required. If done after 2 years of age, only one dose is needed.

A highly contagious infection of the liver spread via faecal contamination of food and water/

Spread via restaurants. crèches and other food outlets.

Given from age 1 year onwards, a booster dose is needed 6 months later.

Viral infection spread via sexual transmission.

Tetanus vaccinations are essential for preventing a serious bacterial infection caused by Clostridium tetani, which can enter the body through cuts, wounds, or punctures.

A tetanus booster may be needed if it’s been more than 5 years since your last shot and you have:

Deep or dirty wounds

Puncture injuries (e.g., nails, metal)

Animal bites or burns

Recommended for the elderly, children (from 6 months), and anyone regularly exposed to children. The ideal time to have this vaccine is from March-July.
